Those that know me will realise I am an avid reader on anything to do with health and vitality, Plant based eating, tasty, nourishing recipes, Mindfulness, Law of Attraction, Health Eating and NOT Weight Loss or Slimming, harmonising energy flow in your home-body-brain, sleep and weight gain, sleep and stress, really anything to do with sleep! Supplements, Water, Fruit and Vegetables, good sources of protein, and colour on your plate.  How to increase everybody's knowledge to empower each and every single one of us to make changes, and become a champion for our own health.   

I self-healed Eczema that developed after a bout of dreadful stress when doctors wanted to prescribe steroid creams.

After numerous visits and tests with the doctor, I worked out the problem with my colon was that I had to increase my consumption of water, vegetables, a bit of fruit and managing my stress levels. I now avoid wheat, dairy, pretend-food-in-a-cardboard box, and we have given away our microwave. 

That if I surround myself with joyful, motivated people I am compelled to do more and my spirits soar  (and so I distance myself now from drains, those that vampire my spirit and my inner-resolve).

I attend to my body and move more, I attend to my mind and use self-hypnosis and meditate more.

I have seen first hand the differences to individuals when making healthy changes to your lifestyle, and eating habits.  From eczema, digestive problems, dairy free and catarrh, poor focus, panic attacks.   A lot of these have purely been when I've been asked "Lulu, what would you suggest I do for ....?"
