Insomnia – Sleep and Thrive

Getting a good night's sleep is essential.

When you have insomnia, it can affect your entire life, because if you cannot sleep, you cannot function, you put on weight, and have terrible sugary, starchy cravings that seem to hijack your brain.

♥  I designed the Sleep and Thrive Programme after years of terrible night’s sleep. My poor sleep was caused by a wonderful partner that snored, and a stressful workplace.

♥ My sleep is very much improved since my partner took a functional test to confirm he had a high lactose intolerance and subsequently removed dairy from his diet, and I now run my own business and my workplace is very lovely.

♥ The Sleep and Thrive Programme is designed to help you to understand your sleep habits, triggers and different techniques you can use. You will learn how to overcome the condition and start to lead a healthier, happier life. You will also be required to be committed and to make changes for at least 28 days.
