I have taken Functional Tests and know exactly how to look after myself although 20 years ago it was a very different story and much harder to source alternative food sources. and have now trained in Food Intolerances myself.
Food Intolerances have been my main specialist area for over 20 years and my business started in 2003 loving what I do helping people, just like myself, to understand what foods could be ‘hurting’ them. Through research into myself, my partner, and my clients I have been able to really get to grips with what works, how to shop for these foods, new recipes, and how to make changes to your diet and your family’s diet.
These days I am a wheat, gluten, dairy and egg free Vegan and I haven’t eaten meat for 9 years. I am healthy, and my bloods confirm that my levels of iron and B12 are good. I manage this by knowing what to eat, and if I take food-state supplements.
