How we work together and how to contact me

If you would like to work with me but still have a few questions, I'm happy to speak to you over the phone for a free consultation or via e-mail so please do contact me to arrange this.

If you would like to start working together, that's great! The next step is to contact me and set up an appointment at which time I will send you an initial consultation form to complete and send back to me.

During our first session we will talk about your goals for therapy and I'll find out a little bit more about you. From here, we will discuss a plan for your therapy. I will let you know my thoughts and I will make sure you are happy with the plan and we then start work straightway.

To help you get started, I'll share some tips with you that you can put into action right away!

If you're ready to invest in your health further, we'll also discuss which programme would be best suited to your needs, but with no pressure to sign up.

The free one-hour clarity call shall be by appointment only for my coaching programmes.

Bespoke 1:1 coaching programmes / Weight Control 

Working together for a set time period is the best formula for success as a 'one-off' appointment is unlikely to help you make effective changes for the long term.  I am 100% committed to helping you achieve your best possible results and in return, I ask for your COMMITMENT to the tasks that you are set and in attending the appointments.

If you decide you would like to proceed with bespoke 1:1 coaching you would be required to make your investment. 

BEFORE the consultation I ask you to complete a comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle therapy questionnaire and a 7-day diet plan one week prior to your consultation. This enables us to complete a thorough review of the information you have provided ensuring you get the most from your consultation. It is helpful and time-saving if a medical / lifestyle questionnaire can be completed prior to the first appointment.

DURING your initial consultation a more detailed assessment of your health issues and goals will be taken.

  • At your first consultation we will spend time talking about your present diet, your current and past medical history, and any symptoms that you may be currently experiencing. My aim is to investigate the root causes of your symptoms. We will discuss the aims of your treatment plan and how you will be able to achieve these, centred around your goals and lifestyle. We may discuss any laboratory tests that might be useful either through your GP or from private laboratories.
  • You will be given an explanation of the factors which may be contributing to your symptoms.
  • Working with you we will create a realistic and achievable nutritional programme.
  • Nutritional supplements may be recommended to address nutrient deficiencies or to offer additional support to achieve good health or to prevent or treat ill health.
  • I will spend time researching your case further and write a personalised treatment plan for you. This will be discussed in the 2nd consultation which will include food related advice, lifestyle related advice and if appropriate I may prescribe supplements or discuss further laboratory tests that might be useful either through your GP or from private laboratories. Please take note that the results of your DNA Health & Wellness test will take 4-6 weeks to arrive and during that time we can commence with making changes.
  • Specific functional laboratory tests may also be recommended to you, depending on your symptoms or to assist in identifying any biochemical, hormonal or digestive imbalances.
